Thank you for choosing Bin Sanitized LLC for your bin cleaning needs. To ensure the best service experience for all our customers, please review the following terms and conditions:
- Monthly Service Requirement: Our monthly service plan requires a minimum of three cleanings before cancellation.
- Bin Placement: Bins must be left curbside on the designated cleaning day to facilitate our service.
- Bin Preparation: Prior to our arrival, bins must be completely free of all debris, paints, oils, and other liquids. Additionally, bins must be free of feces and cat litter. Failure to meet these cleanliness standards will result in the inability to perform the cleaning service.
- Cancellation Procedure: Should you need to cancel your service, please call us at (479) 806-1597. We kindly request advance notice to manage our schedule effectively.
- Initial Cleaning: Your first bin cleaning will be completed within 7 days of your sign-up.
